Looking for ski buddies before the season gets going? Spend your Sunday with yoga, sauna, cold plunges, and other Denver women who are ready to find their people for the slopes.
Denver woo-woo club is hosting Colorado It-Girl Day on Voro: a paid afternoon with Ski Gals Colorado that mixes wellness, mingling, and a ski buddy speed dating game.
Stretch, sweat, plunge, repeat
Start with a 30-minute gentle flow led by Salti Yogi. Then it's time to turn up the heat with sauna sessions and cool things down with cold plunges at Red Rock Sauna.
Afterward, stick around to meet new faces and take part in the ski buddy game. There'll also be discounted beer available from Hogshead Brewery, so you can keep the conversation going while you figure out who might join you on the mountain this season.
