Denver Hiking is hosting a Silver Dollar Lake & Murray Lake Trail hike on Voro: a morning trail outing through the Guanella Pass area, with practical planning required before you leave Denver.
Make the Drive Part of the Plan
Budget extra time for the trip to the trailhead, especially if you'll need to park in the bottom lot. The route starts from Georgetown, where you'll follow signs for Guanella Pass.
After Guanella Pass Campground, turn onto the first dirt road and continue about a quarter mile to the trailhead. The host notes that people without a four-wheel-drive vehicle should park at the turnoff rather than continuing up the road.

- If you don't have a four-wheel-drive vehicle, plan to park at the bottom lot by the dirt road.
